Every Energeria employee and contractor must be actively committed to our goals and adherestrictly to our policies. Our managers must always assume a leadership role in communicating and implementing compliance with our policies. They are required to work proactively to enforce safety measures and prevent adverse incidents for all staff, client and third party personnel involved in our operations.

These policies shall be regularly reviewed to ensure ongoing suitability.
